Pavna World School

The School building is built in 2 to 3 phases. The construction can take place in phases depending upon the size, shape and entry points of the plot.

Total building requirement is around 1,50,000 square feet to cater to 4,000 students. Each block to be of 50,000 square feet.

The finished area required in the 1st year is 30,000 – 35,000 square feet out of 50,000 square feet constructed. The building has to be completed vertically preferably G + 3 floors.

For a Residential School, a minimum land of 8 to 10 acres is required. The constructed area initially has to be more than 1,00,000 sq. ft.
